Description
The first book Brian remembers reading was The Last of the Mohicans in third grade and by the time he was in high school he was addicted to Ray Bradbury, Issac Asimov, Robert Heinlein, and Harlan Elison. But it wasn’t until he became a teacher that he discovered the magic and power of picture books. Now he writes informational fiction and fiction picture books and enjoys the deep dive (and stray rabbit holes) into the subjects he writes about. He revels in the process of taking intriguing science concepts and molding the information into a coherent and easily understood picture book.
