Kesi is a language arts teacher, a literature scholar, and an award-winning poet. Her debut picture book, Faith Takes the Train, is forthcoming with HarperCollins in 2025. Kesi lives in Central Florida. When she’s not reading, you can find Kesi watching cartoons from the 90s, cooking dinner, and trying to outrun wasps in her balcony garden.
