Linda Joy Singleton wrote her first story when she was 7, dreaming of being a published author—and that dream came true! Now she’s the author of over 55 books for children. Her most recent picture books are CRANE & CRANE, SUN & SON and KID & KID. She’s written YA/MG series, too, including HAUNTED HOLIDAYS, CURIOUS CAT SPY CLUB, THE SEER, and DEAD GIRL series. She’s a longtime member of SCBWI and Sisters in Crime, a frequent speaker at schools, libraries and conferences. She lives in the Northern California foothills, surrounded by a menagerie of animals including dogs, cats, peacocks, guinea hens, mini cows, horses, and pigs.
