Lynn Street
Lynn Street is a science-inspired author sharing lively STEAM stories with young readers. She loves concepts that cross disciplines, and personal narratives set against a sea of facts. Writing for curious observers who want to explore the wonders of their world is her passion.
Lynn earned an MFA in poetry from the Vermont College of Fine Arts and enjoys bringing lyrical language to life.
She has lived in eight states: Tennessee, Kentucky, Colorado, Arizona, Massachusetts, New York, Indiana, and Georgia. Growing up, Lynn loved summer road trips and the history, geography, and science they introduced her to. She lives outside of Atlanta and enjoys visiting big cities as well as small towns.
From the time she was ten, Lynn wanted to be a writer. Her first publication at age eleven was a letter to Cricket’s Letterbox in Cricket Magazine.
